My A/C unit wasn't working so I called Larson Air. Travis arrived promptly and found I needed an expensive new circuit board. When he began installing the new board he discovered the wires had been crossed on the old board and that I didn't need a new board after all. My repair was less than $100. Larson Air Rocks! We recently needed Heating and Air Conditioning services as our offices were inconsistent in temperature output. I searched the internet and found www.larsonairlv.com on google. I called and was pleasantly greeted by their phone representative. Their technician arrived at the agreed upon time and day. Using their technical tools, Larson Air assessed our issues and in about one hour discovered and alleviated our issues. I received a follow up call to ensure that our heating system was still calibrated. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and air conditioning service. Larson Air came to our house and gave us a very reasonable quote for replacing our A.C. units. They were so professional and curtious in all areas. I called Larson Air as a second opinion and was so happy I did! I was told by 2 other large companies that I needed to replace my whole air conditioning unit after I waited around all day for them to show up. When Larson Air came out they quickly found all I needed was a new sensor. Imagine if I would of listened to those other big companies who quoted me outrageous prices in the thousands. The Larson Air technician who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly to say the least and did all the work that same day. They went above and beyond and even switched out my thermostat since it was getting old. I was happily surprised and extremely thankful I found them. I hope someone else can benefit from my searching for a company that does not lie about things you don’t need or push for extra parts needed because they are on commission. At my age I can not afford to be taken advantage of so I appreciate there honesty and excellent work ethics. Recently my heating system went out right in the middle of a cold freeze. In Las Vegas we all know getting a contractor to respond that is trusted can be difficult. I found Larson Air during my search for a repair company and recieved a quick response in getting my heater working again.My heater was very old and in dire need of service but I truly was unaware of how much it needed routine service. Larson Air helped me through the process of the repair and made my condo a comfortable place to hang out again.
