    Yes, our web site features an online scheduling module that gives you the ability to schedule an appointment online, during or after regular hours.

    Yes, all of our trucks are dispatched fully stocked with professional grade parts.

  10. How long will I have to wait if you don’t have the part?
    We employ a parts runner that can deliver special parts while our technician is on site preparing your system for repair.

  11. How much do you charge by the hour?
    We charge by the job not the hour.

  12. How much is a service call? (i.e.,how much to show up?)
    Our service call fee is $75.

  13. Will you quote me a price in advance?
    For a price quote, we must have one of our professional technicians perform a diagnostic check which is included in the price of our service call fee.

  14. Are you licensed? By whom?
    We're licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board. NCL#0070235A

  15. What insurance should a contractor carry?
    We carry Workers Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance and Commercial Auto Insurance.

    Yes, we require our technicians be Nate certified which requires regular continuing education credits.

  26. What kind of guarantee or warranty do you offer?
    Yes, all repair work is warrantied for 1 year.
